Job Responsibility:
Manage personal time, professional development, and workflow, while assisting less-experienced colleagues and tracking resources with detailed reports
Work independently to achieve broad objectives, establish relationships with other processes, complete diverse tasks, and proactively share knowledge within the work group
Complete recurring assignments under general supervision, referring only new or unusual problems to the supervisor, with periodic reviews for soundness of judgment and adherence to guidelines
Represent the organizational unit on administrative matters, recommending, interpreting, and implementing internal administrative policies and procedures
Perform a combination of administrative tasks across various functional areas to maximize business efficiencies, including event planning, customer service, and technical writing/editing
Provide administrative support to achieve team objectives, adhering to company policies, and offering direct support for travel and expense management, calendar management, meeting arrangements, and document archival
Deliver high-quality, proactive business support for seminar and workshop coordination, as well as vendor management
Process invoices efficiently within service level agreements, adhering to statutory and country-specific requirements, and perform month-end closing activities, reconcile accounts payable balance sheets, and prepare regular reports
Identify and maintain potential improvements to departmental systems, practices, and procedures to boost efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
Manage and participate in team meetings and relevant review sessions, assisting team leaders with onboarding and offboarding colleagues and contractors
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED coupled with over 4 years of experience
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills are a must, along with a proven ability to solve problems effectively
Solid understanding and proficiency in general administrative functions are required
Ability to manage time effectively
Experience in data management and analytics
Knowledge of compliance with processes and guidelines
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP systems
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
