Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a growing office team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, computer savvy, and has experience supporting administrative operations along with light accounting and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication with both internal staff and external contacts.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative and office support to management and staff
  • Assist with light accounting duties including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing by reviewing timesheets, entering payroll information, and maintaining records
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors professionally
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
  • Enter and update information accurately within company systems
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasks as needed
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Light accounting and/or payroll experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
