Job Responsibility:
Provide broad administrative support across multiple groups, covering during vacations and periods of heavy workload
Coordinate and manage meetings and events, including catering, delivery, and room setup
Manage complex calendars and prioritize inbox communications for leadership
Arrange travel logistics and process business expenses efficiently
Oversee department financial operations and personnel-related tasks
Manage facility operations and support space moves
Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials, while managing vendor relationships
Serve as a primary contact for the department/group
Complete special projects as assigned, contributing to strategic initiatives
Provide essential support during return-to-office initiatives
Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience with demonstrated professional maturity and presence
Exceptional common sense and judgment when interacting with leadership teams
Strong motivation and comfort interacting with large groups and diverse personalities in a dynamic environment
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs for team support tasks (e.g., moving monitors)
Proficiency in managing complex schedules, prioritizing inboxes, and using productivity tools
Nice to have:
