In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of a high-performing team focused on product design (inclusive of Brand, Design Systems), writing, user experience research (UXR), and user experience engineering (UXE).

Job Responsibility

  • Performing a variety of complex administrative functions for individual managers and groups
  • Managing intricate schedules and calendars, particularly for senior-level executives
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Organizing and executing meetings, events, and team logistics
  • Assisting with departmental financial and personnel operations
  • Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Managing procurement of hardware and peripherals
  • Successfully completing special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 18 months of relevant professional administrative experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendaring, especially for senior-level executives
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and the ability to anticipate needs without explicit instruction
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders and drafting professional correspondence
  • Ability to thrive and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
