Coordinating daily conference calls
Compiling information for files
Performing simple translations
Completing transaction sheets in Excel
Maintaining a chronological record of files and deadlines
Managing the marketing process for listings on various websites
Ordering and tracking promotional materials
Monitoring the listing and transaction processes
Conducting necessary research for property listing files
Managing accounts payable and receivable, liaising with the accountant
Confirming appointments and other events upon request
