Job Description:

A company distributing medical products specialized in endovascular procedures for operations across Canada is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Order Management Specialist. The position is based in its offices in Saint-Léonard in East Montreal.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Manage the email inbox
  • Enter clinical orders
  • Ensure order management
  • Manage inventory and stocks

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant office work experience
  • Essential bilingualism: fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent knowledge of office software (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Nice to have:

Knowledge of a warehouse management software such as Fishbowl or another
