Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing effective administrative support to various teams within the organization. Your contribution will help ensure smooth daily operations and optimal coordination between departments.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative correspondence
  • Prepare, file, and archive administrative documents related to projects (contracts, permits, invoices, etc.)
  • Manage billing processes
  • Assist the accounting and sales departments
  • Manage orders and supplier relationships
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (clients, suppliers, subcontractors)

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and oral) for seamless interaction with clients and partners
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, and reporting) and the MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is highly preferred
