Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in vital hotel functions, working across departments to support administrative needs and ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel. The role involves providing administrative support, serving as point of contact for clients and vendors, and acting as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout events.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support across departments (Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage)
Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Serve as point of contact for clients and vendors
Act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event process (pre-event, event, post-event)
Ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel
Create safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Deliver The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards graciously and thoughtfully
Requirements:
Food And Beverage Assistant Experience Required

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
