Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Engineering Department. In this role, you will help manage daily operations, coordinate communication, and assist project teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the department.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and departmental activities
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems for project and departmental records
  • Support procurement processes, including purchase requests and vendor follow‑ups
  • Assist with onboarding activities and general administrative tasks
  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending items, and support project coordination
  • Facilitate communication between engineering staff and other departments

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical or operations environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
  • Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
