Administrative Assistant – Dept. Of Public Works

Under the general supervision of the Director, this position is responsible for the processing of the bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable for submission to accounting, the preparation, production and mailing of billings for the sewer and solid waste enterprise funds, bills, tracks, and reports fees, tracks a variety of the department’s services and expenditures and assists in the in the preparation and reporting and various budgeting and data, takes and processes requests for information and services from customers, vendors and regulatory agencies, and similar standard office duties.
