Job Description:

A company in the real estate sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Saint-Léonard. You will support the Controller in all administrative tasks and act as the main point of contact for tenants. You’ll be working in a family-style environment with a small, close-knit team of three people.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the accountant and property manager
  • Manage tenant-related tasks: rent payments, deposits, leases, renewals, etc.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and incoming mail
  • Perform various administrative duties: contract management, invoices, filing, etc.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administration
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong skills in handling multiple files at once
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word)

Nice to have:

Interest in the real estate and construction sectors

What we offer:
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation: 2 weeks during the holiday season (Christmas) and 2 weeks during the construction holidays
  • Free on-site parking
