Teaching all Dublin Zoo learning programmes following Dublin Zoo programme plans
Ensuring professional delivery of learning programmes to high standards in conservation education
Building rapport with learners to promote learner engagement and maintaining a positive attitude towards learners at all times
Design and deliver Dublin Zoo camp and workshop programmes and assist in their organisation
Working constructively with department members to peer review learning programmes
Participating in reflective practice to develop your teaching skills – giving and receiving feedback on learning programme delivery
Liaising with teachers/parents to ensure a high-quality learner experience
Maintaining educational resources including teaching spaces and equipment
Observing and implementing Dublin Zoo’s Health and Safety standards and child safeguarding principles

Assists Manager in coordination of tenant construction and capital improvements
Reviews project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, and test equipment, nature of technical problems and possible solutions
