Job Responsibility:
Providing general administrative support to the team
Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism

Requirements:
GCSE grades 4 (C) or above in at least five subjects but must include Mathematics and English Language
Work related experience and other sector related qualifications will be considered for mature applicants
Ideally you will be working in building services or a related sector
GCSE English Language (Grade 4 (C) or above)

Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
Communicates clearly and confidently, both face-to-face and over the phone
