We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative and Sales Support specialist to join our team in Marietta, Georgia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks and supporting sales operations to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Schedule and organize staff meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update the office calendar, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Prepare memos, correspondence, invoices, and reports as needed
Keep office databases and filing systems systematically organized and current
Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors to meet operational needs
Facilitate meetings, calls, webcasts, and speaking engagements, ensuring seamless execution
Monitor and manage sales deadlines, providing timely reminders for follow-ups
Conduct research to collect prospect data and third-party information for presentations and proposals
Draft and refine presentations that incorporate company research and key insights
Support sales efforts by participating in meetings, taking notes, and coordinating actionable follow-ups
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance and calendar management
Proficiency in booking travel arrangements and managing conference calls
Strong ability to create and manage export/import documentation
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Skilled in drafting and editing detailed documents and presentations
Ability to conduct research and gather data effectively
