Administrative and Project Management professional

• Provide senior-level administrative and operational support across multiple real estate development projects
• Assist with project management for building rehabilitation, including coordinating with contractors, architects, and construction teams
• Oversee risk management processes related to real estate development activities
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution
• Support leasing and operational activities for commercial mixed-use and residential properties, including community hubs and meeting spaces
• Manage project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

• 5+ years of senior-level administrative experience, preferably within real estate development or property operations
• Strong background in project coordination and operations management
• Knowledge of risk management in real estate or construction projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
