Job Description

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Administrative and Logistics Assistant for the USV Operations and Maintenance program supporting the Navy Division.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop procedures, technical manuals, and other programmatic documentation
  • Develop graphics to support Power Point briefs
  • Assist with parts and supplies logistics

Requirements

  • HS Diploma and at least 2 years of administrative and logistics experience
  • SECURITY CLEARANCE: N/A Citizenship Required
  • CERTIFICATIONS: N/A
  • Two years of experience developing written technical documentation and presentations
  • Two years of experience populating and managing data bases
  • Experience with inventory management (tracking, purchasing, storing, and distributing stock)
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Word, Excell, and Power Point
  • Ability to work in a physical maritime environment, including ships, boats, and piers

Nice to have

  • Experience with developing documentation for government agencies
  • Experience with logistics operations in support of testing in a maritime environment
