Job Description:

The Administrative and Finance Assistant position involves performing administrative duties, supporting accounts payable, and assisting with receipt processing for a specialized company in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role requires office or accounting support experience and is available on a temporary contract basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties including pickup and drop off of mail, sorting, scanning and distributing incoming mail
  • Support accounts payable entry in online bill payment system including vendor setup, coding invoices and submitting for appropriate approval
  • Assist with amended receipt processing
  • Pitching in on special projects and errands as needed

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an office or accounting support role
  • Experience processing credit card payments and handling basic financial tasks
  • QuickBooks experience (preferred)
