Job Responsibility
Accurately entering and maintaining data within government-specific databases (e.g., TRIM, HPE Content Manager)
Managing shared email inboxes and responding to public inquiries professionally
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and records management
General office support to ensure smooth daily operations for the department
Requirements
Prior experience in an Administration or Data Entry role
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High-level typing speed and attention to detail
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and provide proof of Australian Working Rights
