We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support while managing business intelligence and management information systems functions. This hybrid role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with data analysis, reporting, and systems management to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Provide executive and departmental administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper document retention and organization
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships for administrative services
  • Support human resources functions including onboarding documentation and employee record maintenance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Create automated reporting processes to streamline regular business reporting requirements
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of information across various databases and systems
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data analysis and variance reporting
  • Administer and maintain database systems, ensuring data security and backup procedures
  • Provide technical support for software applications and troubleshoot system issues
  • Coordinate with IT department for system updates, upgrades, and integration projects
