JOB SUMMARY: Establish modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operationalactivities. Evaluate and revise practices, services, and programs to determine sustainability. Prepare reports suitable for Sr. leadership as needed. Conduct special projects and studies. Prepare program proposals by compiling information/data and developing reports. Provide staff support in developing/implementing special programs and systems. Facilitate the resolution of operational problems by serving as a problem solving resource for department managers. Assume responsibility for specific survey preparation and any other interim surveys. Assist with fiscal budget development and system audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 Years of Experience
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, including system, process, and business analysis for problem solving, product evaluation, and effective organization of responsibilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
  • Expert computer skills, extensive database experience and Microsoft Office applications skills required
