Job Description

Seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support within the Engineering Services Group. This role will serve as a key coordinator for Capital Improvement Program (CIP) reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data management activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, track, and validate project and financial data from project managers, project sponsors, and reporting systems
  • Prepare draft quarterly Capital Improvement Program (CIP) reports
  • Log and track funding requests and related documentation
  • Assist with quarterly CIP budget baselining and planned expenditure spreadsheets
  • Support monthly CIP spending forecasts and budget tracking activities
  • Prepare and maintain CIP-related memos, procedures, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with various stakeholder groups using Outlook
  • Manage and maintain a shared departmental email inbox
  • Perform administrative functions within a Power Apps-based CIP budget system
  • Develop, update, and refine Excel worksheets, reports, and tracking tools
  • Create dashboards and visual reporting using existing project and financial data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience
  • OR Master's degree in a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Preferred degrees include Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: XLOOKUP
