Job Description

A Manufacturing organization in the Midland is looking for an Administrative / Accounting/Payroll Assistant Clerk!

Job Responsibility

  • Enter and maintain timecard and payroll-related data accurately
  • Assist with Accounts Payable functions, including general ledger coding and participation in check runs
  • File and scan documents to maintain organized and accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for basic reporting, documentation, and data management
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Place office supply orders (e.g., Staples) and manage basic office inventory
  • Print and prepare labels as needed for office or operational use
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as required to support the team

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, timekeeping, accounting support is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
