We are seeking a self-motivated and driven professional with a strong administrative foundation and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. You will be the administrative backbone of the organisation, working closely with the small team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Performing reconciliation against statements and basic accounts processing
Handling all Purchase Order Receiving tasks
Assisting with OHS Administration and QA Auditing/Administration duties
Managing phones, filing, and general office support
Requirements:

Confident Communicator
Willing to Learn
Sound exposure to using Excel
Great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve and prioritise in a changing environment
Sound numeracy skills for accounts and reconciliation tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and email
Sound communication skills-both written and verbal
High School completion
