We employ more than 1,500 people and support over 250 clients across London and the South East. We’re looking for a proactive Administration Team Leader to join our Repairs & Maintenance division and oversee the day-to-day performance of our busy admin function for 1 year. Job Responsibility

  • Leading the daily operations of the admin team
  • Managing shared mailboxes, supervisor admin tasks and the scaffold register
  • Monitoring overdue work and jobs in jeopardy
  • Ensuring KPIs are met consistently
  • Maintaining contract registers and documentation
  • Conducting audits and providing constructive feedback
  • Delivering service updates in contract meetings
  • Coaching and developing your team, including 1:1s and training
  • Managing leave, absences and supporting with people management
  • Driving a positive, inclusive team culture
