Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate core office administration, including mail, supplies, meeting rooms, and documentation
  • Manage scheduling, calendar updates, and event logistics
  • Support communications and liaise with affiliates, educators, delegates, and service providers
  • Assist with finance processes and maintain data integrity across systems
  • Contribute to automation of administrative tasks and update office/website information
  • Provide reception support and help maintain a welcoming, functional workplace
  • Undertake additional tasks to support team and organisational objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, and office coordination
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with finance processes and supporting workflow improvements
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Power BI and Power Query highly regarded
  • Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, CRMs, and other relevant systems is also desirable
