Job Description

We are seeking an organised Administration Support Coordinator to join our Digital Strategy & Services team. You will manage technology assets and provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the wider team and key business functions, including Training and Marketing. If you excel at balancing financial tracking, asset coordination, and stakeholder collaboration, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing, including quotes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery coordination
  • Act as a key SAP user to maintain vendor records, process invoices, and handle supplier payment queries with Finance
  • Manage G&A and Capex expenditure, updates, reconciliations, accruals, and monthly financial reporting
  • Oversee contract life cycles to ensure vendor agreements and licenses stay within budget
  • Maintain device and software asset registers, tracking life cycles and refresh cycles
  • Coordinate user setups and device allocations, and monitor the IT team's business support requests
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IT documentation
  • Provide financial tracking and administrative support for Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Training
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) sessions and handle general fleet administration (tolls, fines)

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience with SAP (or similar financial systems), budget tracking, and reconciliations
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • 2 years experience
