Job Description:

Ennova Research is looking for an Administration Specialist to handle the administrative tasks related to tendering procedures, both in the public and private sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying tenders and market offers through dedicated portals
  • Verifying requirements and feasibility
  • Preparing the necessary administrative documentation for participation in tender procedures in compliance with the requirements and deadlines outlined in the Tender Specifications
  • Monitoring deadlines and assigned schedules
  • Submitting tenders (electronically and/or via traditional paper submission)
  • Monitoring the award process
  • Requesting access to tender-related documents
  • Managing procedures in case of awards, including contract signing, renewals, and provisional and definitive guarantees
  • Registering and updating Supplier Registers and managing accreditation with public and private entities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or equivalent fields (preferred)
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate services
  • Solid knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023)
