Job Responsibility:
Management of day to day office requirements

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Navigating multiple email accounts and managing daily business operations
Act as a central point of contact for committee's, coordinating documentation, preparing agendas, and distributing materials
Requirements:
Direct experience within government departments is highly desired
Advanced skills in office software
MS Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook
Exceptional written and verbal skills for all stakeholder engagement
You must hold a current satisfactory police clearance
Must be available immediately
