Job Description

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our Clarendon Homes NSW team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our high-performing Operations Team, providing essential administrative support across Drafting, Estimating, and Customer Service departments. You’ll liaise with internal teams, manage documentation, organise meetings, and help ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and manage HIA residential building contracts
  • Provide administrative and customer support across multiple teams
  • Manage documentation and internal correspondence
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and assist with workflow management
  • Use digital platforms and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and order required reports
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide daily reception coverage for one hour
  • Prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and handle confidential information with professionalism

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related role in residential building, construction, or property
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across multiple documents and tasks
  • Confidence using digital communication tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
