Job Responsibility:
Handling a variety of telephone enquiries for the Criminal Fines Team with professionalism and empathy
Creating and updating records accurately on internal systems
Data input and management to ensure records are current and correct
Drafting standard letters and court documents
Assisting court users with general queries and providing excellent customer support
Performing other administrative duties as required
Participating in training on internal systems to enhance your skills
Requirements:
Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow established processes and detailed instructions
Empathy and problem-solving skills to support customers effectively
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
