Job Responsibility
Preparing and organising court, tribunal, and meeting documents
Managing files, data entry, and updating records on internal systems
Handling post, booking meeting rooms, and supporting training activities
Drafting correspondence, minutes, and reports
Clerking civil and family courts, ensuring all materials are ready
Assisting court users, scheduling, serving documents, and executing warrants
Responding to face-to-face, phone, and written enquiries
Processing casework including court orders, fines, and legal aid
Checking and verifying documents and records for accuracy
Collecting information for reports and statistical analysis
Communicating effectively with judiciary, court staff, and external stakeholders
Requirements
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
