Our client is looking for a reliable, can do Administration Officer to join their team in Epping! This is a 6 month temporary maternity leave contract with a friendly team that truly looks after one another. If you’re a pro at multitasking, and love helping people, we’d love to meet you.
Job Responsibility
Answering phone calls, managing the admin inbox, and passing on detailed messages to the team
Basic payroll in Xero software, managing receipts, and following up on unpaid invoices
Filing, document creation, and processing new staff/client info into Geo-Op system
Performing stocktakes on cleaning chemicals/consumables, processing orders, and keeping the office/kitchen tidy
Organizing deliveries for clients and helping the management team with various tasks
Requirements
At least 1 year in an office, admin, or sales environment
Competent with Xero, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
Excellent written and verbal skills with a polite, pleasant phone manner
