We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer to work for our Public Sector client, in their Monetary Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of a high-quality service.
Job Responsibility:
Inputting payments
Approving payments
Helping with payment queries
Sending out remittances
Printing cheques
General administration support, including updating spreadsheets, photocopying, filing and email management
Requirements:
Previous experience within finance or a financial processing role
Attention to detail
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically a strong working knowledge of Excel
