This full-time role offers an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, at a pay rate of £12.86 per hour.
Job Responsibility:
Organising, maintaining, and updating accurate records within your area of work
Acting as the main contact point for communications, ensuring messages reach the right people
Completing monitoring reports and inputting requisitions onto finance systems
Coordinating awareness sessions and preparing paperwork for managerial checks
Corresponding with stakeholders and agencies to share relevant information
Managing databases, filing systems, and logs, producing reports as needed
Collating data related to Service Delivery Indicators (SDIs)
Organising and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, confident in liaising with various stakeholders
Proficiency in maintaining databases and handling administrative tasks
