We are seeking a number of experienced administrators to provide support for our client's claims department. The roles will be dealing with both subject access requests, or personal data requests and onboarding new claims to support their organisations claims handlers.
Job Responsibility:
Processing subject access and personal data requests
Updating databases and spreadsheets accordingly
Onboarding new claims applications onto the system
Cross referencing data across multiple software applications
Providing general administration support
Requirements:
Confident working in a collaborative team environment
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
Experienced in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and MS Teams
Nice to have:
GDPR experience
