Responsible for performing administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the mental health clinical programs, support the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the overall operations. This is a casual role that will be required to work across mental health teams based at Sunshine and Footscray hospital campuses.
Job Responsibility:
Complete data entry to maintain accurate and timely clinical information
Be the first point of contact for visitors arriving to mental health areas
Maintain information systems to support clinical care and legislative requirements
Requirements:
Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in an outpatient or inpatient health setting
Demonstrated administrative experience including proficiency in health information systems, Microsoft programs, and booking systems
Current driver’s license
