Job Description

Administrator Role - Birmingham (B5 6SN). Pay: £12.71 per hour. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37 hours per week). Contract: Temporary for three months from start date (with potential for extension). Working pattern: Fully onsite. We are currently recruiting for an administrator to work for our Public Sector client, in their Probation Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of a high-quality service.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update databases and case files
  • Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide support for meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
  • Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Confident updating trackers and categorising information
  • Confident and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
