Job Responsibility:

  • Drive day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks with speed and precision
  • Manage workflows, tasks, and deadlines using Monday.com and other productivity tools
  • Support seamless internal communication and cross-team coordination
  • Leverage AI tools for translations and content support
  • Handle basic video editing for internal and external content
  • Create and edit visual materials using Canva
  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and operational support

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and confidence using modern digital tools
  • Fast, detail-oriented, and highly efficient in task execution
  • Proven experience with Monday.com and task/project management platforms
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools, especially for translations
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Basic visual design and editing skills using Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and German
  • Native English and/or German speaker is a strong advantage
  • Based in Dubai or available to work from Dubai
