Job Responsibility:
Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and staff in person and over the phone
Responsible for the opening and closure of the Quantum site front entrance
Provide front-of-house inductions and room bookings to short term visitor groups and co-located tenants
Liaise with Property Coordinator for onsite maintenance and communication to staff
Ensuring that meeting and interview rooms are used appropriately, left clean and adhering to time allocations
To provide additional supports to all staff on front of house matters as required and reasonably fit within the scope and level of the role
