Provide high-quality clinic operations support. Support the activities of Menzies clinics by delivering a broad range of clinic reception and operational support including communications, appointment scheduling, record and referral management and appointment billing.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver responsive, professional, and customer-focused service to staff
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, research participants, clinicians, researchers, staff and other stakeholders
Reception and administrative support, including scheduling, check-in, billing, data entry, records management, and correspondence
Contribute to improvement initiatives enhancing clinic workflows, customer experience and operational efficiency
Assist with creating, maintaining and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
Completion of a Certificate IV/Diploma level qualification, or an equivalent combination of experience or training
Strong administrative skills and experience with a range of software applications, including clinic management software
Demonstrated commitment to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently
