Job Responsibility:
Organising, maintaining, and updating accurate records for your designated area
Acting as the main contact for all communications within the team, prioritising and distributing messages efficiently
Completing monitoring reports and inputting requisitions onto finance databases
Coordinating awareness sessions and preparing paperwork for managerial checks
Corresponding with stakeholders and agencies to ensure smooth information sharing
Maintaining databases, filing systems, and logs, responding within agreed timescales
Collating data related to Service Delivery Indicators (SDIs)
Supporting meetings by organising agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action points
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in maintaining databases and handling administrative tasks
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in coordinating meetings and preparing documentation
Successful HMPPS vetting (which can take approximately 6-8 weeks) before starting the role
