This role will work collaboratively with the Administration Team Leader and members of the Gastroenterology and Cardiology Administration team to support patient care and access to diagnostic tests across Footscray and Sunshine Hospitals. The role will support the Gastroenterology and Cardiology teams more broadly to ensure patient care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
Job Responsibility:
Diagnostic procedure scheduling and billing, including phone and face to face communication with patients and their significant others
Ordering supplies, reconciliation of orders and other general administration tasks to support the clinical teams in delivery of patient care
