Job Responsibility:
provide administrative support and assistance to the Deputy Principal-Learning & Teaching
work with discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
manage the Deputy Principal’s diary including scheduling/arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms email management, filing and records management
manage initial telephone enquiries and requests to the Deputy Principal and redirect where appropriate
manage day to day correspondence and preparation of letters, emails, reports, presentations and other material as required
organise and facilitate internal and external functions
liaise promptly and efficiently with external organisations as required
Maintain accurate records, databases and files
Meet weekly with the Deputy Principal to work through priorities
Assist with Student Subject Selections via web preferences
Assist with Academic Excellence Assemblies
Assist with NAPLAN organisation
Is the SIMON Reports Administrator
Provide direct assistance to the VCE Leader for VASS Entry
Organise VCE Examination Storage and assist with management of Exam Supervisors
Support with other administrative tasks as required
