Requirements:
Effective management of a team of Senior Administrators
Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales
Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration OR relevant industrial experience and skills
Be willing to work towards a Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification
Experience providing excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment
Experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data, using data recording systems as required
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Up to date IT skills
