Administration Manager

• Effectively manage a small team of Senior Administrators
• Hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy or be willing to gain within agreed timescales
• Hold a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales
• Provide excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Have experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment
• Have experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data, using data recording systems as required
• Have time management skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate up to date IT skills

Hold a Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification or be willing to work towards within a reasonable timeframe
