Temp Contract, Full Time Hours Onsite.

Job Responsibility

  • Calendar and diary co-ordination and prioritisation
  • Set up and management of all meetings
  • Monitoring of all emails and incoming messages including meeting invitations
  • Management of international communication (both internal and external including our stakeholders)
  • Attendance at monthly ED lead team meetings, for the purpose of collation, distribution, and tracking of meeting minutes and actions
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Ensuring that detailed information is taken for messages
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional front of house experience
  • Maintain security by following and managing visitor sign in/out forms and procedures
  • Sort, distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and use of space
  • Set up meeting rooms when required, including for Town Halls and any external facing or VIP events
