As a key member of the Facilities Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients facilities. From managing maintenance schedules to liaising with external contractors, your work will help create a safe and efficient environment for students and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and respond to requests via the Premises Helpdesk
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and service visits
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Premises Department
Maintain effective communication across the college and with external stakeholders
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and service providers
Manage your workload efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Strong IT and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A calm, solution-focused approach to emergencies and challenges
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes
Keen eye for detail, punctual and organisee
Very good accuracy and attention to detail
Administration background
Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Understand handling confidential information
Able to work as part of a team but also independently
