Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule and organise meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place for efficient discussions
Manage filing, handle incoming mail, and oversee office supplies

Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to carry out daily tasks efficiently
