We are looking for enthusiastic and organised and friendly Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Hull and become part of our UK & European tour operations programme. As one of the UK’s leading coach tour operators we are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Caledonian, it is essential that you have a pleasant nature and you take great pride in providing excellent customer service are highly organised and you must be willing to go the extra mile to improve the customer experience. In this vital role you will support our Hull Depot liaising with drivers, support operational planning, and ensure smooth day-to-day administration to help keep our award-winning services running efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a first point of contact for drivers, handling queries and providing support
Assist with the preparation and management of staff rotas
Support depot compliance through accurate Health & Safety record-keeping
Manage uniform ordering and distribution for depot staff
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and system maintenance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administration role (desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Confidence in liaising with colleagues and external partners
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
