Admin Assistant (Band 3) - Speke, Liverpool Full-time, Temporary Contract (6 weeks with potential extension) £13.17 per hour | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Our client, a reputable organisation supporting vital healthcare services, is hiring for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join their Tissues Customer Service team in Speke. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department responsible for the timely selection and dispatch of tissues used in hospitals nationwide. What you'll be doing: * Providing professional and efficient administrative support to the Tissue Services team * Overseeing and organising the selection and dispatch of tissues to meet deadlines * Maintaining accurate records and managing office procedures * Communicating confidently with hospital staff and the public, ensuring excellent customer service * Using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to produce reports, update records, and support team operations What you'll bring: * Strong all-round administration skills with experience working with people and delivering excellent customer service * Confident communication skills, both written and verbal * Good organisational skills with attention to detail * Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * A good understanding of office procedures and equipment * Educated to at least NVQ Level II (or equivalent), with a good grasp of figures and record keeping This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital service supporting healthcare providers.
